Children are a blessing to every family, especially a church family! At Bridge we put a priority on our kids. We believe that they are the future of our church and that investing in them benefits us all.
We offer a safe environment for kids to grow in their knowledge of the Word of God by having age appropriate lessons, games, and activities. It is our goal to help children develop their own relationship with Christ and build a strong foundation in the Word of God that they can build upon as they grow. And there is always room for a whole lot of fun! Pastor Bob and Heather, along with their leaders bring excitement and experience to every Bridge Kids event.
Sunday Morning Bridge Kids
We believe that the best way to teach our kids to worship is by example. That’s the primary reason the kids start out in the sanctuary where we all worship together. They are then dismissed and ushered to the lower level where they start with a connection question followed by BGMC (Boys and Girls Mission Challenge). They then have their own worship time followed by an age appropriate teaching.
Wednesday Night Bridge Kids
Wednesday nights start with a Bible lesson followed by a hands on project, such a building pinewood derby cars or making sock puppets. The kids then transition to break out sessions based on age and grade. This where they can further discuss the lesson, ask questions and make lasting connections with each other.
Throughout the year, Bridge Assembly and Bridge Kids host a verity of special events. From our Trunk or Treat night, Easter egg hunt, movie night, pinewood derbies and concerts, we believe church should be more than just Sunday mornings. These events focus on the whole family and provide a safe and fun environment for your kids to invite their friends.
